– Designing molds for product manufacturing.
– Exporting 3D drawings (CFIO, STEP, XVL, etc.) ensuring technical standards and compatibility with production systems.
– Creating detailed and clear 2D AutoCAD drawings (ISOVIEW, DETAIL) to support manufacturing and inspection processes.

2D Autocad Standard
For customers who are not familiar with using 3D data, we will convert the design into a standard 2D drawing format to facilitate review and approval. This drawing will clearly display all critical dimensions and technical information such as die size, uhome hole location, die location, and guide post positions
2D ISOVIEW
2D ISOVIEW is provided to support the mold assembly team with easier visualization and reference.
2D STEEL PRODUCT
Drawing helps speed up the steel fabrication process without the need for 3D data.
2D DETAIL PART PRODUCT
Drawing helps speed up the production of fabricated parts

Our mold design process includes the following steps:

– Discussing and finalizing the mold design concept based on customer requirements or provided samples.
– Proceeding with mold design according to the agreed plan within the team.
– The team reviews and analyzes the first-stage design to ensure feasibility in mold production.
– Finalizing the second-stage design and sending it to the customer for approval.
– Revising the design based on customer feedback until final approval is obtained.
